How To Return An Item
To return an item, it must be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
If an item is damaged in shipping, you must contact the courier for damages.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

If an item is subject to a manufacturer's defect, then the customer must pay for shipping to Glenergy and we will pay for return shipping.
Items that are deemed not to be defective will be required to have postage prepaid by the customer.
